• The Product will be Delivered within 7 to 10 days Standard  time.
• Refund will be  not Accepted after order done .
• No Return After goods delivered or 24 hours done.
• Goods Damaged or dent  or missing onwer/buyer own risk.
• In case of any refunds approved by KARAT STONE, it will take 10 days for the refund to be processed to you.
• Refund will be process after 7 to 10 days Business Days.
• The order cannot be cancelled once it leaves the warehouse.
• artificial jewellery is a very soft material and can easily be dented or scratched during the process of transportation. Therefore, any refund or return will not be initiated if you receive a product which is slightly dented or scratched.
• The shipping time may vary depending on the location and availability of the product. 
•  We provide a tracking number for every order once it has been shipped. You will receive a WhatsApp message , email and a SMS with the tracking details so you can keep an eye on your package.
•  Please note that our shipping times may be impacted by factors such as unexpected weather events and national holidays, which may delay the delivery of your order.
• Return or Refund initiated process would be, customer need to make a video while opening the recieved package /box. Then customer need to send that video on support@karatstone.com or whatsapp …… Then it will verify/identify is there any damages. After this process return or refund will initiate within 7-10 business days. (Note: If customer enable to provide opening package/box video, we will not be able to process return or refund)
